中国环境科学学会碳排放交易专业委员会
机构简介：
在生态环境部应对气候变化司的建议和指导下，中国环境科学学会碳排放交易专业委员会于 2023 年 5 月获批成立，其为中国环境科学学会的分支机构，挂靠清华大学，秘书处设在清华大学能源环境经济研究所。专业委员会是碳排放交易相关的科研、教育、管理、产业等领域的专家组成的全国性、学术性、非盈利性的学术团体，从事碳交易领域技术标准制定、学术交流、科普传播、智库建设、人才培养和国际交流等工作。
业务范围：
一、密切联系碳交易及相关领域科技工作者，宣传党的路线方针政策，为本领域专家学者搭建交流平台，维护会员合法权益。
二、开展碳交易及相关领域学术交流，组织召开学术年会、专题研讨会等多种形式学术会议，发布碳交易系列研究报告，并定期开展碳交易领域的科普工作。
三、有序承接政府委托的工作，组织开展碳交易相关的政策、制度、行业标准和产品标准等研究和咨询，为碳交易机制的发展和完善提供技术方案和政策建议。
四、建立碳交易专家库和行业工作组，组织开展碳交易相关方法学、技术指南、标准等评审，以专委会名义发布碳交易相关团体标准等。
五、为委员和相关领域科技工作者服务，组织碳交易及相关领域的继续教育和专业培训，并开展职业水平评价和认证。
六、推动国际民间碳交易及相关领域科学技术的交流与合作，搭建碳交易相关国际交流与合作平台。

About us
The China Emissions Trading Association, CSES (CETA) affiliated with the China Society For Environmental Sciences is a not-for-profit association of experts, professionals and representatives from business organizations. Its goals are to engage experts and professionals in the field of carbon emissions trading to exchange views through conferences, symposiums, and workshops, support policymaking and institutional building for emissions trading schemes in China and beyond, organize training and scientific popularization events, facilitate the development of relevant standards and methodologies, and conduct professional appraisal and certification.

Mission
- Engage experts and professionals in the field of carbon emissions trading to exchange academic views, organize conferences, symposiums and workshops, as well as publish research reports of carbon trading.
- Support policymaking and institutional building for emissions trading schemes in China and beyond, organize research and consultation on policies to provide technical solutions and policy recommendations of carbon emissions trading mechanisms.
- Facilitate the development of relevant standards and methodologies, organize reviews of methodologies, technical guidelines, and standards, and publish group standards under the name of CETA.
- Organize continuing education and professional training in carbon emissions trading, and conduct professional appraisal and certification.
- Promote international exchanges and cooperation in non-governmental level, and establish an international platform of carbon emissions trading.
