Guo Siyue is an associate professor at the Institute for Energy, Environment & Economy (3E Institute) of Tsinghua University.
She works on and coordinates research projects with a focus on the analysis of addressing climate change and low-carbon transition pathway of building sector. She completed her B.Eng. on built environment in 2012 and PhD on civil engineering in Tsinghua University in 2017. Then she worked as postdoc in 3E Institute for 3 years, focusing on building’s development roadmap under the energy sufficiency and low-carbon targets. She used to work in International Energy Agency and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as visiting scholar, working on global building energy modelling and the impacts of climate change on buildings.
She has taken activity part in several projects on China’s building energy and carbon emissions perspective.
