LU Hong is the Executive Deputy Director and Senior Researcher of Tsinghua-CTG Joint Center for Climate Governance and Low-carbon Transformation.
She holds a PhD degree in Environmental Science from Peking University and a master’s degree in Public Administration from Tsinghua University; She is also a visiting scholar at Harvard University. Ms. Lu was the Director of the China Renewable Energy Program at The Energy Foundation before she joined Tsinghua.
Her research interest is low-carbon transition of the power system.
